For looking at your single computer hardware/software issue or need and then, a Total Cost Estimate is written up before any agreed upon work is performed. NOTE: The total cost of any agreed upon work will also include the Diagnostic and Estimate Consultation fee too. The diagnostic process takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

COMPUTER OR SMALL RELATED ITEM(S) RESEARCH / DELIVERY

*Cost Per Item: ( $45 )

For helping a customer find a specific computer or small related item(s) - ie whether on the Internet or, at a retail store. Customer CAN BE present with the tech during the item'(s) research too. This can be done when at the customer's location or, with them at a retail store as well. Plus, this service CAN include the specific computer or small related item(s) for pickup and delivery to the customer's location by the assigned tech.

[NOTE:] Customer location based Mileage Travel fees are not included in this service. AND, the customer is responsible for all computer item(s) and cost(s) to which they are interested in.

SOFTWARE / DATA REPAIR

*Cost Per Item: ( $65 )

• a. Computer Data Handling -- Recovering personal or business data from computer storage media.

• b. Account Password Recovery Help -- For On-Site Tech Assisted recovery of forgotten passwords.

• c. Virus Scan & Removal -- Scan and removal of viruses, spy ware & Internet junk-ware.

• b. ( $165 ) - New Standard Computer OS Software Install - Installation of Operating System software with  its updates, your Anti-Virus or Internet Security Software, Office Suite Applications & Other Applications.

CUSTOM COMPUTER BUILD

*Cost Per Item: ( $205 )

Cleaning / Dusting out your current computer. Installation of New or Used Hardware “ ie Parts.” Installing the operating system software with its updates, Anti-Virus or Internet Security Software, Office Suite Applications and etc. Includes Data Backup and Restore too.

OLD COMPUTER RECYCLING

*Cost Per Item: ( $40 )

For taking & recycling old computer hardware. Must be from Year 2008 and up. Such as: 

• Computers (MAC / PC) - ie Monitors/Screens, Keyboards, Mouse/Mice, Hard Drives. *No CRT Screens.

• Home / Business Network Routers, Home/Business Network Switches

• Small / Medium Sized Laser Printers. *Sorry No Inkjet Printers Accepted.

DATA / PHONE CABLE NETWORKING

For non-computer savvy people, cable networking a home or small office can be tough to do. So let a professional get it done for you. Plus, it’s recommended that a Site Survey be done first to remove any possible communication issues that could come up during the network install process or, even after - ie adding new network equipment and or, etc.

• a. ( $85 ) - Data/Phone Home/Small Business Networking Site Survey

• b. ( $85 ) - 1 Person Home/Small Business Computer or Other Network / Internet Connected Device

• c. ( *$35 /Hr* ) -- Home / Small Business Site Data or Analog (POTS) Phone Line Repair - *NOTE: This is a per hour labor fee. Parts and Materials are priced separately.

Cable Line Types: CAT5e; CAT6; CAT3; RJ45; RJ11 - ie POTS.  Data / Phone Line Repair can be done via fixing a current ethernet / phone cable connection or, running new cable to replace a defective one(s). Total Costs depend on the work needing to be done. And in some cases, a Networking Site Survey is needed to clear up unseen data / phone usage needs too.

SMALL WEBSITE DESIGN

This service is good for those who don't have the time or, the knowledge to create their own small business or organization website.

WEB DESIGN CONSULTATION & ESTIMATE

For getting information on your website needs and purposes then, writing up an estimate on the Total Costs before any agreed upon work is performed. NOTE: The total cost of any agreed upon work will also include the Web Design Consultation & Estimate fee too. This consultation process takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete while visiting with the customer at that time.

CREATING YOUR WEBSITE

*Cost Per Item: ( $225 )

For creating and building your website. Incorporating your media, documents, calendars and etc. Then upon the website's completion, your approval is sought before its work is considered finished.

Also, online there are many sites that offer quick and easy website building tools. However, the most familiar one is at Google Sites ( ie sites.google.com ) . And in fact, Google has many free online website and documentation creating tools that are easy and free to use. So all that is required, is for one to have a free Gmail account. Plus at your request, JTBIZTECH.NET can assist in creating your free Gmail account at no additional charge.

Now as for having a Domain Name (ie a Website Name), Google uses Squarespace for that purpose. Their Domain Names start at $9, $14 or $20+ per year, depending on the (.name - ie .com or .org etc) you choose and, Squarespace bills these annually.

OPTIONAL MONTHLY WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

For customers who desire a remote website managing service, provided by JTBIZTECH.NET, to regularly maintain and update their website with new information and etc. This can be done monthly or, on an as needed basis too.
